Processes and Services
Mold Making: Complete from part design through mold design and
construction. Part and
mold design are done in either 2D Cadkey
or 3D Solid Works. Mold making
includes in house Wire EDM, CNC Ram EDM with 16 positions
electrode
changer for lights out operation, CNC machining centers for
electrodes, cores
and cavities, other mold components and mold bases.
